Syed Altaf Husain holds the key to the Indirect Tax practice at Bangalore Branch and is Head of Indirect tax practice at Maheshwari and Associates, Chartered Accountants. His journey in the field of Indirect Taxation spans to two decades and he has thus built up a wealthy expertise in the same. He specializes in the complex fields of State VAT and Central Sales Tax and GST. Altaf has successfully handled litigation matters, including execution of assessments as well as appeal cases before various assessing and appellate authorities. He has also handled an array of assignments ranging from VAT Audits to Comprehensive Tax Reviews (CTR).
