Professional Experience

Anand Ramaswamy has varied experience in the field of Risk based audit, Process Audit, Sox compliance, Forensic and Valuation. Anand has an combined experience of 20+ years in industry and consulting. Has experience in both domestic as well as foreign assignments. He is a visiting faculty in certain colleges at Chennai. Has presented paper on Internal Audit related topics in Ford India during their Asia Pacific Regional conference.
He has handled risk based internal audit for big corporates in the field of manufacturing, Auto industry& Textile and Banks.
He has handled specific assignments with regard to reduction of cost for engineering company where they could save 5% of their total cost incurred.
He has headed forensic audit on behalf of SBI and IDBI banks for the clients involved in Manufacturing, Coal & Power and Textile. The entire assignment was to identify fund diversion, valuation of stock and review of transactions and related documents and interviews with key personal. Reports were presented to the banks with all relevant documents.
He has conducted financial due diligence and valuation work on behalf of investor for industries in Waste Management & Pharma.
Was instrumental in implementation of IFRS9 for a foreign bank and has set up back office of security & control process for Asia Pacific region for an MNC involved in Automotive industry.
