Professional Experience

Adityanarayan Somani is a Chartered Accountant with 10+ years of experience in Banking and Audit Industry. He is an IBBI registered valuer under Securities and Financial Assets. He is also a Certified Forensic and Concurrent Auditor by ICAI. He has joined as a partner in Maheshwari & Associates in the year 2019 and managing the Mumbai branch of the firm.
He has previously worked as a Team Leader in the Wealth Management Department of J P Morgan Bank for 5 years and was heading a team under international fiduciary services and actively involved in fund accounting and FATCA compliances. He has also worked as a Senior Manager of the Regulatory Reporting Team in ICICI Bank for 2 years wherein he was handling a team responsible for reporting the consumer loan portfolio for the bank He has hands on experience in the automation of manual processes related to accounts, finance and reporting requirements.
Currently, he is managing the audit vertical of Maheshwari & Associates in Mumbai branch. He has specialized experience in Due Diligence, Forensic Audit and Enterprise Valuation assignments.
